Meet Rebecca A. Wheeler Walston
Rebecca A. Wheeler Walston, Esq. is the founder and managing partner of the Law Offices of Rebecca A. Wheeler Walston, a firm specializing in representing local, national and international non-profits, ministries, churches and small businesses in a variety matters including formation, management, compliance, contracts and trademark.

Non profits and small businesses are the heart of any community, offering vision, creativity and opportunity. As a community member that has often appreciated the services offered by local businesses and non-profits, and as a volunteer and a board member who continues to give back to her own community, Rebecca is deeply
passionate about protecting the spaces inhabited by non-profits and businesses across the country and internationally.
Rebecca began her legal career in the criminal justice field, working in the Alameda County Public Defenders Office and later in the Criminal Division of the Staff Attorney's Office for the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Upon relocating to the east coast, Rebecca continued to serve on the federal appellate level as a Staff Attorney for the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals. After nearly ten years in the criminal law field, Rebecca expanded her legal expertise to the nonprofit sector, serving in the General Counsel's Office of Cru, (formerly Campus Crusade for Christ) one of the nation's largest faith-based non-profits. Inspired by this experience, Rebecca launched her practice with the honored opportunity to provide legal services for The Impact Movement, Inc., a nationwide non-profit organization that is close to her heart, and key to her own success as a young person. They remain one of her longstanding clients.
For more than 15 years, Rebecca's legal practice has served various clients, committed to providing personal but top-notch legal services than allow Executive Directors, CEOs, Pastors and business owners to focus on their ministries and passions, with the assurance of a solid legal team behind them.
